Core Orthopedics Receives “Partners in Education” Award

Congratulations to the Core Orthopedics team, who recently received the Orthopedic Technology “Partners in Education” Award from New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI) in Concord. The annual award is presented to a clinical site that consistently goes above and beyond for the Institute’s Ortho Tech Program and its students. Samantha Torres, Lead Orthopedic Technologist with Core Orthopedics, accepted the award on behalf of the team. “Samantha provided outstanding training that allowed two NHTI ortho tech students to gain extremely valuable hands-on experience this year,” says Sharon Liporto-Fothergill, Chief Radiologic Technologist for the Center for Orthopedics & Movement. The students, Mya Perreault and Ashley King, recently graduated. “As a testament to the training they received from our team, as well as the potential opportunities offered by our organization, we are so happy to announce that both Ashley and Mya have accepted positions as Orthopedic Technologists with Core Physicians here at the Center,” Sharon says.
