Summary

To provide overall administrative support and assistance to the Central Billing Office Leadership Team and Department.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling of internal and external meetings for Director of Revenue and Central Billing Office Supervisors.
  2. Manage front window traffic at the Administrative Office at 7 Holland Way.
  3. Answer and field incoming phone calls to the Core General Information Line and Core Customer Service line.
  4. Retrieve voicemails from Core General Information Line and Core Customer Service line and field to appropriate people.
  5. Mail paper claims.
  6. Create handouts and binders for Director of Revenue and Central Billing Office Supervisors.
  7. Post patient payments.
  8. Assist in patient portal reset phone calls.
  9. Be back up to the mail sorting and distribution process.
  10. Other duties as assigned.
